The Client's Vision

They wanted elegance without sacrificing comfort.
After years of successful collaborations, the homeowners once again turned to Zamira Ariza to refresh the living and dining rooms of their North Caldwell refined estate home. Inspired by the warmth of Northern living,

Zamira preserved the stone fireplace, introduced luxurious velvet upholstery, and layered refined textures throughout.

The room had all the grandeur—a towering stone fireplace, dramatic ceilings, and abundant natural light. Zamira's vision was not to compete with the architecture, but to soften it.

Through thoughtful layering, warm materials, and carefully scaled furnishings, the space evolved from impressive to inviting, transforming a vast volume into an intimate luxury retreat designed for everyday living.
